01

Recording and consent

You must
  • tell every participant, before recording starts, that the conversation is recorded and processed by AI, and get agreement where the law requires it;
  • stop recording or exclude a participant who objects;
  • get a guardian's consent before recording a minor.
You must not
  • record covertly, or record conversations you are not part of or not authorised to record;
  • upload intercepted calls or recordings obtained unlawfully.
02

  • is defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
  • infringes copyright, trade secrets or other rights;
  • you are not authorised to share because of a confidentiality, privilege or regulatory duty.
03

Responsible use of AI output

  • Treat transcripts and minutes as drafts. A responsible person must review them before they are shared or relied on.
  • Do not use output as the sole basis for legal proceedings, employment action, credit or insurance decisions, or medical advice.
  • Do not present AI output as a verbatim or certified record unless you have checked it against the recording.
  • Do not use output to build or train competing AI models.
04

Email and attendee features

  • Send minutes and reminders only to people who took part in, or are entitled to receive, the conversation.
  • Do not use the Service for marketing, bulk or unsolicited email.
