How exactly are credits consumed? ▼
Credits are charged per minute of audio after silence is stripped: 1 credit per minute for a standard MOC, or 2 credits per minute with speaker diarization (a speaker-wise transcript showing who said what). There is no separate charge for MOC generation. A 60-minute conversation uses 60 credits, or 120 with diarization. Regenerating an existing MOC from its saved transcript costs 0.5 credit per minute. Free trial credits are used first. Long pauses do not count.
Do credits expire? ▼
No. Credits are permanent and carry over indefinitely. There is no subscription or renewal.
What if I run out of credits mid-upload? ▼
We check your balance before starting. If you have insufficient credits the upload is blocked before any API cost is incurred. Top up and retry.
What languages are supported? ▼
English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, and multilingual (mixed-language) recordings. The system auto-detects if you set Language to Auto.
Is there a free trial? ▼
New accounts receive a 60-credit free trial plus a 86-credit joining bonus. Once both are used, a credit pack is required to continue.
How does the referral reward work? ▼
Share your invite link. Your friend gets 30 extra credits when they sign up with it, and you get 86 credits once, when they create their first MOC.
When will I see a low-balance warning? ▼
Your balance is your paid credits plus any free trial left. It turns amber below 50 credits and red below 20, and we email you once a day while it stays below 20.
Is payment secure? ▼
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. AiX Track never stores your card details. The signature is verified server-side before any credits are added.
